Your weight loss is so inspiring to me. I'm 5'10 at 197-200 pounds (it fluctuates) and i lost 22 pounds in the spring, but pretty much gained it all back. How do you stay motivated? How many calories do you eat every day? How often do you go to the gym and how long are your workouts?
My answer:Motivation is definitely hard, especially when life happens and it gets you down. But honestly, going to the gym is the biggest motivator. Once I get that great workout out of the way the eating right just goes with it. Sometimes it may take a day or two to get back into the groove, but that’s okay, we’re only human.
My gym days fluctuate, but I’m consistent for 3 days, sometimes 4-5. I implement weights 3x a week. Doing four sets focusing on either upper body, lower, back/abs. Then about an hour of cardio; 35 mins elliptical, 25 running with the Couch to 25 K program. (Google it, I love it!)
Good luck dear. You can do this! xx

Okay I’ve been really busy these last couple weeks hence you haven’t seen much from me. I had two big exams last week, and now I have another two this week but once those are out of the way i’ll post some more original content and those little motivational things I’ve been getting into.
Also, I weighed in today at 226.5!!! Three lbs in two weeks, could have done better buuuut, last week was rough (PMS killed my esteem like no other) so I fell off the wagon a bit. I’m so happy to finally be more “established” in the 220s. Once I hit 220 that will mark me at a total of 50 pounds lost! So close, feeling really good right now. :)
Love you guys. xx
